Cancellation Policy
Please use the appointment link for all bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling. For squeeze-in requests, contact us directly. Additional fees will be applied.
Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) will incur a 30% charge of the appointment cost.
A late fee applies after 10 minutes. Appointments may be cancelled after 20 minutes late.
Fills are only for lashes less than 3 weeks old. A full set is required if less than 40% of lashes remain. Appointments booked as fills that require full sets will be rescheduled or charged accordingly.
